Most standard travel insurance will only cover motorcycling up to 125cc. Our Motorcycle Travel Insurance is based on our comprehensive Travel Bond policy with additional benedit of covering you for medical expenses following a motorcycle accident.*

Who is this policy for?

This policy is for motorcyclists touring or just travelling through Europe whilst riding their own bike. Most travel insurance policies are not able to cover for motorcycle related injury claims. We can cover motorcycles up to 1600cc, and motorbikes up to 1800cc where you are over 35 years of age and have had at least two years experience of riding a comparable bike.

Please note we are unable to cover trips outside Europe or any trip riding a hire bike or a motorcycle beloging to someone else.

For the one-off trip you can select single trip or if you are travelling more than a couple of times in a year then Annual multi trip cover provides great value for money. It is important to check that your insurance states motorcycle cover is included.
